Waste gas treatment in the synthesis workshop of a pharmaceutical factory in Cangzhou

Project Introduction:
The air volume of medium to high concentration exhaust gas is 6000m³/h, and its components include ethyl acetate, dichloroethane, acetone, ethanol, acetic acid, toluene, and trace amounts of monochloroethane.
Acetone concentration is less than or equal to 300mg/m³, ethyl acetate is less than or equal to 1800mg/m³, dichloroethane is less than or equal to 1000 mg/m³, toluene is less than or equal to 1000 mg/m³, and there are small amounts of acetic acid and ethanol. The low concentration exhaust gas flow rate is 14000m³/h.

Process description:
High concentration exhaust gas enters the secondary adsorption system after passing through the first stage alkali spray, and then merges with low concentration exhaust gas to enter the first stage alkali spray and first stage water spray. After being adsorbed by activated carbon, it is discharged through one exhaust pipe.
